schadenfreudePowerball is now up to $222 million. The payout is usually 51% which would be roughly $113 million. Everyone in our office chipped in $2 bucks and over the lunch break, our supervisor went to buy tickets. By any stretch of the wildest imagination, and the good graces of TPTB, if we were to win, we would each receive approximately $6.2 million.
So . . . yeah. You'll all be happy to know I haven't yet spent any of my non-existent winnings.
In other news, it is raining. Yeah, I am surprised, too. However, until about an hour ago, we could see clearly, it was a bright, bright sunshiny day!
My manager told me today, " If I could clone you, I would make a whole team of Connies."
I smiled all afternoon. If she'd bought me Starbucks, I probably would clean her house and do laundry, too.
Okay, I'm getting ready to watch Pink Floyd - Which One's Pink? followed by Pink Floyd - Dark Side Live on VH1 Classic.
