My advice is to leave well enough alone. Netbooks don't have a lot of storage space - nothing compared to a full sized lappy - and with Office installed, you probably don't have much room left anyway.
That said, if you're determined to move your music over, go to

If it can be done, someone over there will know how.

(BTW, it's not just Windows. I can't hook up my iPod nano to my Mac and pull off the music. iPod/iTunes is proprietary even on Apple products!)
